Swingline 1758585 Review: Very unhappy! We tested this shredder with about 10 pieces of paper and discovered we did not like the shred size. We tried to return this for another model and we were told, "NO!" If it was 'used', even to test, it is non-returnable. I even got a manager involved and again was told 'NO!'
